Our First Housing Endeavor

Clearwater Ranch in Cloverdale, Sonoma County

Clearwater Ranch, a gated, neuro-diverse community in Sonoma County’s Alexander Valley, empowers adults with developmental disabilities to live independently.

Spanning 84 acres, it includes five homes, four one bedroom cabins, a commercial kitchen, shallow pool, exercise area, and gardens. With 19 of 24 memberships filled, this vibrant community is nearly complete! Residents enjoy gardening, arts, and social gatherings in a serene yet accessible setting near Cloverdale’s downtown.

Clearwater Ranch’s ownership-based model ensures lifelong homes for residents.

Our First Clustered Home Development

Mustang Court Commons, Petaluma

Mustang Court Commons is the flagship property in our first Living Unlimited Clustered Housing project. Single family homes are familiar. They are just like the homes many special needs children grow up in.

The Living Unlimited Clustered Housing model imagines a group of five to ten typical suburban houses within walking distance of one another, where residents can visit one another’s homes, make lasting friendships, share resources and be fully integrated within the larger community. Mustang Court Commons (MCC) will be the first property in this cluster and the “anchor” property to the nearby cluster of associated homes.
